Sector Skills Council Technical Consultancy

Skyblue’s consultants have enjoyed positive research relationships with a range of Sector Skills Councils across the UK for many years. Experienced at collecting and analysing sectoral and labour market data, we have played a useful role in helping SSCs put in place robust Sector Skills Agreements. More recently, the focus of our work has been on helping our clients write their Sector Qualifications Strategy. This is achieved through the careful analysis of course information, appraisal of the quality of provision with Awarding Bodies and in parallel with the collection of views from industry, providers and funding organisations. The outcome, we hope will be a portfolio of training and qualifications that are fit for purpose in the respective industries we work with.
